Spray Top is a versatile cement and polymer based product that can be used for many applications.
Its most popular use is for restoring faded, stained or discoloured concrete to a like new appearance. A smooth or broom finished concrete surface that has unsightly cracks, oil stains, rust stains, discolouration or other surface blemishes can be repaired and then made to look like new by spraying a thin coat of Spray Top.

Spray Top can also be used with stencils to create decorative patterns and border designs or as a thin resurface material to provide a bond coat or uniformly coloured cement surface prior to applying an acid stain or dye.
Decorative concrete that has faded or discoloured over the years can be treated with Spray Top to restore the original colour or to provide a different colour without changing the existing pattern or texture of the surface. Once Spray Top is applied the surface can be antiqued and sealed to create the desired finish using other Ultra Surface products.
